Getting to know each other

Getting to know you also helps us match you with a care team that’s right for your family.
1
Evaluating your child’s needs
A BCBA will come down to your home in order to conduct a full evaluation of your child – and to hear your perspective, insights, and goals for their care.
2
Developing a personalized plan of care
The evaluation informs your child’s personalized plan of care,
which is flexible and evolves as your child improves.
3
Locking in insurance approval
We’ll prepare and submit all the paperwork to your insurance to confirm how many hours of therapy your child is eligible for.
4
And…care we go!
Once insurance approval goes through, we’ll match you to an ABA clinician, who will work 1-on-1 with your child – and with you – to give your child the tools, coping mechanisms and care they need to succeed.

Trusted by pediatricians.
Our son Jo-Jo was non-verbal and had a hard time expressing his needs. Kinfolk held our hand through the entire process and got us in-home therapy quickly. Right now he already started talking and we could not be happier that we chose Kinfolk for this journey.
Joseph and Rachel Garcia
I am so thankful to Kinfolk and our therapist Ellie. She has really been a Godsend for my daughter Ana and after 4 sessions we have already started seeing positive changes. They are in touch with the school and with me daily to ensure everything is progressing smoothly.
Hazel Tenby
When we received the ASD diagnosis for our son, our pediatrician gave us some recommendations for ABA Therapy Providers. Kinfolk was at the top of the list and with good reason – our therapist Linda and the entire staff have been so helpful, kind, and caring throughout our journey to date.
Tory Wilton
Kinfolk have been amazing for my daughter. They not only create a plan and goals for her but also ones that include me so I can continue the work even on the days the therapist doesn’t come. It has been such a positive experience for my daughter and the entire family.
