A Registered Behavior Technician, or RBT, is a trained paraprofessional who provides direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA. RBTs work one-on-one with children to teach skills, support behavior plans, and collect session data. They play an important role in helping treatment goals come to life during day-to-day therapy.
